So I woke up this morning with enthusiasm.
Very first thing I did when I woke up was drink a bottle of water and take my Vitamin B-12.
Then I went out and did some errands with Sophia. But in case I got hungry, I brought a baggy with carrot sticks and a banana. Sure enough, I did get hungry. And those help satisfy the urge to go thru McDonald's.
Then I came home, and made a delicious smoothie!
Mixed fruit- strawberry, peach, banana, mango and pineapple with some vanilla almond milk(only 30 calories per cup!), ice, and truvia! Delicious!!!!!! Sophia was enjoying it too! She was enjoying it so much, she asked for seconds! That made me a happy momma!
Before I would give Sophia chicken nuggets for her to eat at dinner, along with a veggie and some other side. But for dinner tonight, she had cucumber, orange, banana, spaghetti with tomato sauce and some of my salad. SHE ATE ALL OF IT! I was so proud.
For dinner, I made myself and Evan a nice big salad with spring mix, onions, carrots, green onions,radishes, and cucumber.
I will post again when I hit the 7 day mark to let you know the progress!
